March Board of Directors Meeting

The March Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021, via Zoom. The new board will be inducted at this meeting. All board of directors members and judicial committee members are requested to attend. Any club member is also welcome to attend.

• Make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your preferred device - computer, laptop, iPad, phone, etc.
• Open Zoom and go to the meeting 5-10 minutes before 7 p.m. so that we can start on time. The board needs a quorum to vote.
• We are using a free Zoom account that gives multiple participants a 45 minute session. If we go over that time limit, everyone has to log in again to continue the meeting. Logging in again is not difficult.
