Trip Price includes:

  • roundtrip bus transportation from Endicott with Shafer Bus
  • 5 nights at the Holiday Inn Express (double occupancy) 
  • continental breakfast buffet daily
  • one group dinner and an après ski party

    NOT included - lift tickets

    • Seniors 70+ US$60 / daily
    • Lift tickets to be purchased in advance by 7 Dec.
    • Tremblant is an IKON ski resort.

      Sign-up & Deposit Payment:

      • Online registration will start Wednesday, 21 June @ 7 pm
      • Individuals MUST register online to reserve a seat on the bus.
      • $250 check deposit will be due upon registering.

        *Currency Adjustment - for Canadian travel, a currency adjustment may be made prior to final payment due date.

        • Optional Lift Tickets - due Dec 7, 2023
          $252 / 4 day lift ticket (senior 70+, $240 / 4 day)


          Border Crossing:

          You must have either a valid passport OR an enhanced driver's license to cross the USA-Canada border.  Do not wait to apply for one of these government issued documents; it takes weeks (sometimes months) to get one!!


          Parking:

          Folks interested in self-driving will incur an extra parking expense of CAD$20 per day at the hotel.  NOTE - there is no free parking in the Mont Tremblant area.

          Join us for five nights in Mont Tremblant, Québec, located north of Montreal in French speaking province of Canada. Enjoy four to four-and-half days of skiing in Canada's Laurentian Mountains (les Laurentides en français) where your US dollar goes further!

          Mont Tremblant ski resort, with 754 skiable acres and 102 runs is the tallest peak in the Laurentians at 2,871 feet. Mont Tremblant Ski Resort has consistently  been ranked the #1 ski resort in Eastern North America; and is an IKON ski resort.

          The name of the mountain, Mont Tremblant, was derived from the Algonquin indigenous people, who called it the "trembling mountain."

          We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites (160 Chem. du Curé Deslauriers), which is a short walk from the Cabriolet Lift.  Our hotel is located at the heart of the Mont Tremblant picturesque ski village.  This pedestrian village (MAP) is renowned for its European charm.  We will have breathtaking views of the Laurentians, with easy access to 40 restaurants, bars, cafés and over 30 boutiques for shopping, and a casino!

          Sunday, 17 March

          8:00 am - arrive at Shafer Bus, 500 North St, Endicott, NY

          **bring your own food and beverage on the bus

          9:00 am - bus departs Shafer for Canada

          10:00 am - McGraw (Cortland)pick-up additional passengers

               Pit Stop / Onvo Travel Plaza, McGraw - Exit 10 off Rt 81

          12:30 pm - lunch break on your own (30 min), Mallorytown South, ON

          4:30~5:30 pm - approximate arrival Holiday Inn, Mont Tremblant

          Distance to Chairlift:

          A one-minute walk (downhill) from our hotel to the Le Cabriolet gondola (100 meters).  Video of the detachable gondola in Mont Tremblant.


          Non-skiing Activities:

          X-country skiing - is available within walking distance from our hotel to Parking Lot #2; there are 11 kms of trails.  Other trails are accessible via taxi.


          On-Mountain Amenities:

          • Mountain Guided Tours - learn the history of the Laurentian Mountains, Tremblant's hidden treasures... best scenic views, the sunniest slopes, and secluded retreats.  Tours every day at 9:30 am and 1 pm.  CLICK HERE for more info.

            Liquor stores are government run; Québec drinking age is 19 years.  The SAQ is open daily; opening times vary, closes at 6 pm.  Video of SAQ in Mont Tremblant.
          • General Store - Magasin Général
            Address:  120 Chem. de Kandahar, Mont-Tremblant, QC
            The general store offers a large selection of groceries: beer and wine, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, pastries, frozen meals, hygiene products, pharmacy items and many others.  Store is open daily 10 am to 6 pm, and there is an ATM inside.  Video of the general store.
