Per Person, Double Occupancy Using Your Ikon Pass

Join us as we head to Winter Park – an Ikon Resort! Winter Park receives over 344.6 inches of snow annually and has the most consistent snow season after season. The base sits at 9,000 ft with 3,060 ft of vertical rise, putting its beautiful summit at 12,060 ft. There are two distinctive mountains: Winter Park and Mary Jane®, including Parsenn Bowl®, Vasquez Ridge®, Eagle Wind® and The Cirque. There’s something for everyone: 8% beginner; 18% intermediate; 19% advanced; 52% most difficult; 3% expert only. Winter Park has 3,081 total skiable acreage, which includes 166 designated trails and 1,212 acres of off-piste terrain, including Vasquez Cirque and glade skiing.

Payment for this trip will be divided into four (4) equal payments based on your package choice(s).

Lodging: The Vintage Hotel is located at the entrance to Winter Park. Our studio rooms feature kitchenettes (small stove, refrigerator, and microwave so you can make your own meals). Don’t want to cook? The Five Mountain Tavern at the hotel serves lunch and dinner. Grab and go breakfast and lunch items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet (open-air lift) provides free transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base Village, where you’ll find shops, restaurants and of course, the gondola. You’ll also have access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. (Single Occupancy: Add $590 to base price.)

Other Activities: So many choices! The Coca-Cola Tubing Hill is located right next to our hotel! Or try Cosmic Tubing – night tubing with neon lights! Try the Sunset S’Mores Snowcat Tour, Sunset Snowshoe Tour, Sunset Guiding Skiing and Riding Tour, Scenic Snowcat Tour, Ice Skating, Cosmic Night Ice Skating, Snowmobiling and XC skiing at the Snow Mountain Ranch or Devil’s Thumb Ranch.

Log into TCSC website and click on Winter Park 2024, then click on Register Now in the top right corner. In addition to providing the usual information such as your name, birth date, and address you will be asked to provide:

Cancellation charges, fees, refund policy:

Cancellations from initial sign-up to November 30, 2023, will incur a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 12/1/23 to 12/31/2023 will incur a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 1/1/2024 to 1/31/2024 will incur a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Entire trip is non-refundable after February 1, 2024.
