TCSC Presents Loon Mountain Midweek Ski Trip!

Join us as we head to Loon Mountain for 2 days of great skiing! You have the option of driving to New Hampshire on Wednesday, January 31 or you can add this trip to the end of the Killington Midweek Trip. (Ski all day at Killington and then head to Lincoln - just a little over 2 hours away). Check in time is 5:00 p.m.
Accommodations:
We have reserved 4 condos at The Village of Loon Mountain, located directly across the road from Loon Mountain Ski area. Complementary ski shuttle drops you right off at the slopes. Each condo accommodates 4 to 6 people and is equipped with a full kitchen, common living room area, gas fireplace, free WIFI, balconies, master bedroom with king bed, and a full bath on entry level. Second level has a shared full bath, one bedroom (two twin beds) and one loft with two twin beds. There are two swimming pools, hot tub and dry sauna in the village complex. Our base plan is to assign 4 people to each condo. If you have a group of 5 or 6 that want to share a condo, indicate the number in your group when you register your roommate preference.

Pricing:
The condo price is $215 per person based on 4-person occupancy for three nights. Rates would be proportionately reduced for 5 or 6 person occupancy.
Lift tickets:
Ikon Pass Holder: Loon is an IKON resort. If you have an Ikon pass, reservations are required and can be made through the Ikon website.
Non-Ikon Pass Holder: There are several options through Loon Mountain to purchase your own lift tickets. A limited number of advance purchase day passes start at $61 per day. See Loon's website at https://www.loonmtn.com/lift-tickets for more information.
*The Ikon Pass comes with 10 Friends & Family Discounts and the Ikon Base Pass comes with 8 Friends and Family discounts for 25% off the 1-day window rate. So if you know someone who has a pass, check with them about getting a discounted lift ticket for one of your ski days.
Meals:
Meal are on your own. The town of Lincoln is only 2.5 miles away where you will find ski shops, groceries, pubs and restaurants. On prior trips we’ve used the condo kitchen for breakfast and some evening meals, including group potluck. We will organize a group ‘dine-out’ if people are interested.
Reservations:
Credit card deposit of $100 will secure your spot on a first-come-first-served basis. Balance payments will be made by check payable to TCSC and can be brought to any General Membership meeting or may be mailed to address listed below. Final payment due by December 7, 2023.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations will incur a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee along with any unrecoverable expenses.
